Effective: 24 Oct 2025
1) Creator policy governs
Each booking follows the Creator’s own refund/reschedule terms shown on their listing/checkout or in the written scope.
If the Creator’s policy conflicts with this page, the Creator’s policy applies.
2) No blanket cancellation windows
Because these are services, we don’t offer platform-wide time-based refunds.
Refunds—if any—depend on the Creator’s stated terms and actual work/status of the engagement.
3) Deposits and prep work
Deposits/advances are generally non-refundable, especially where the Creator has blocked time, pre-produced, or incurred costs.
Pre-production (planning, coordination, tests, casting, location scouting) counts as work performed.
4) Work already performed / partial delivery
If some work is completed, any refund is pro-rated against the undelivered portion of the agreed scope.
Deliverables from completed sessions remain due per the booking/contract.
5) Non-recoverable third-party costs
Approved expenses already committed (studio/location rentals, permits, specialist equipment, travel, assistants, talent) are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund.
6) Rescheduling (no guarantees)
Reschedules are at the Creator’s discretion and subject to availability and their policy.
A reschedule may require an additional fee or be treated as a new booking if significant replanning is needed.
7) Creator no-show / cancellation
If a Creator cancels or no-shows, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the booking price actually paid for that engagement (excluding any completed portions) or a free rebooking if both parties agree.
8) Client no-show / in-progress cancellations
If a Client no-shows or stops an in-progress job, the Creator may retain amounts covering time reserved, work performed, and non-recoverable costs. Additional sums may be due per the contract.
9) Quality issues & disputes
Raise issues promptly with specifics (what’s missing vs. scope, examples).
If the Creator materially fails to deliver the agreed scope after reasonable revisions (if promised), a partial or full refund may apply—assessed against the written scope and evidence in Platform messages/files.
10) Force majeure
For events beyond reasonable control (severe weather, government orders, verified illness, major outages), both parties should attempt to reschedule. If not feasible, apply a fair pro-rated refund based on undelivered work and recoverable costs.
11) Fees, taxes, and method
Platform and payment processor fees are non-refundable unless required by law or where the Creator cancels/no-shows.
Taxes are refunded per applicable law.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank/processor timelines apply.
12) Chargebacks
Contact us first; most issues resolve faster here. If a chargeback is filed, we’ll provide booking/contract evidence to the processor. Duplicate refunds are not issued.
13) Changes
We may update this Policy. The updated version applies once posted with a new Effective Date.
