This Privacy Policy explains how Qwik Stories (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data of users including clients and creators.
1) Scope
This Policy applies to the Platform, related websites, and services we operate. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described here, along with any service-specific notices we show you.
2) Data We Collect
Account & Profile: name, display name, email, phone, password (hashed), profile info, location (city/region), portfolio links.
Booking & Payment: service details, dates, messages, invoices, payment status and references (payments are processed by third-party processors; we don’t store full card/bank details).
Content: briefs, preferences, references, files you upload, reviews/ratings.
Device/Usage: IP address, device/browser, log data, app events, and cookies or similar technologies.
Optional/Consent-based: marketing preferences, camera/mic permissions (if you enable), precise location (if you enable).
3) How We Use Data
Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform
Enable discovery, messaging, bookings, and payments
Personalize listings and recommendations

Counterparties: When you book or list services, necessary details are shared between Clients and Creators.

Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (your data may transfer as part of the transaction).
We don’t sell personal data.

We may update this Policy. We’ll post the new version with an updated Effective Date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
